Cell-Free Circulating DNA Extraction Kit From Urine and Plasma

[ Intended use ]

• The new technology of Double-Layer Column is used to extract cf-DNA from plasma or urine.

• The kit uses a double-layer column to extract circulating cell-free DNA from up to 0.7ml of plasma (centrifuge-based), 5mL of plasma and 50mL of urine.

The method is rapid and simple, and does not need to contact the organic solvent with strong toxicity, such as phenol and chloroform, and manipulation can be competed in a short time.
